Locust Fork hit 10-of-10 two point field goals, added three 3-point goals, and forced 10 Susan Moore turnovers on their way to an easy 69-23 victory Tuesday night, in a Blount County Basketball Tournament first round boys game.

The Hornets took a31-7 lead after the first quarter, and shot 85 percent from the field in the first half. The Bulldogs only managed 30 percent shooting during that time. Locust Fork made as many baskets as Susan Moore had shot attempts during the first half.

Jake Hancock pumped in 16 points while Todd Goodwin added 14 and Chase Biles 10 to lead a balanced Hornet assault.

The victory sets up a Friday night tournament semifinal meeting with Hayden at 8 p.m. at Locust Fork.
