Pineywood Baptist Church's Vacation Bible School program, "Big Apple Adventure," will be held at the church, located at 498 Pineywood Road. If transportation is needed for children, call the church office at 631-3832.

Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church will hold an adult consignment sale with clothes, tools, housewares and other stuff on June 16 from noon to 8 p.m. and June 17 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and also on June 18 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. with most items half off on this day. For more info call 631-7361.

Acipco/Eagan Grammar School will have a reunion for the classes of 1922-1970 at Gardendale-Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church, located at 805 Crest Drive. A Senior Adult Informational and Health Fair will be held at the Gardendale Civic Center. Any local businesses wishing to have a free booth can call the center at 631-7240.

The Church at Morris Quilt Ministry will host a Quilt and Needlework Show, which will include heirloom quilts, hand and machine quilted and miscellaneous needlework. The show is free and refreshments will be served. The church is at 8350 3rd Ave. N in Morris (intersection of Third Avenue N and Morris-Majestic Road).

Enon Baptist Church’s Mothers Day Out program will offer childcare for children 6 weeks to 4 years old on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The program follows the Jefferson County School System calendar. Call 647-9614.
