NORTH JEFFERSON — Inez Franklin, born September 10, 1923, passed away December 7, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alford “Coot” Franklin; and two brothers, William and Narvel Franklin.

Inez is survived by her son, Tim Franklin; her daughter, Cynthia Franklin (John); two grandchildren, Shay Veazey (Sara) and Neil Veazey (Charity); seven great-grandchildren; Tyler, Brady, Roston, Ethan, and Georgia Veazey, Jake and Alan Wilson; two brothers, George and H.B. Franklin; her close friends, Dovie and Alton Riethmaier; and a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Monday, December 10, 2012 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., with funeral services beginning at 1 p.m.; officiated by Robert Franklin.
