Johnnie Larkin, age 87, of Gardendale, and long time resident of Roebuck passed away on April 20, 2012. She was a member of Gardendale First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Robbie Larkin and husband Bell.
Survivors include her sons, Roland Larkin (Bonnie) and John Larkin (Donna), five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at Gardendale Funeral Home, Monday, April 23, 2012 at 11 a.m. with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery. Brother Leon Zalenski will be officiating.
The family request in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to either Gardendale First Baptist Church or Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church in Gardendale.
