Boys basketball: Locust Fork 67, St. Clair County 57

LOCUST FORK — Three players scored in double figures as Locust Fork won its first area game of the season, beating St. Clair County 67-57 in boys basketball action Tuesday.

Dillon Burton led the Hornets with 18 points. Geoffrey Bramblett added 16 points and Clay Smith put in 15.

Kyle Hornbuckle had seven rebounds, five steals and three blocks for Locust Fork (5-2, 1-0 area).

The Hornets continue area play at Fairview on Friday.
