Girls basketball: Mortimer Jordan 46, Curry 44

JASPER — Mortimer Jordan stayed undefeated in Class 5A Area 11 play, as it edged Curry 46-44 on the road in girls basketball action Monday.

Sarah Rickles led the Blue Devils (5-5, 4-0 area) with 14 poiunts, and Megan Snow had a doub;e-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. She also blocked two shots.

Mary Beth Scott led all scorers with 18 points for the Yellow Jackets. Logan Black added 12 points.

Jordan hosts Oneonta on Tuesday night.
