Blount County Tournament: Hayden 48, Susan Moore 27

CLEVELAND, Ala. — It was another big night for freshman guard Grayson Taylor, who tallied 19 points, 11 rebounds and five assists as she led Hayden to a 48-27 win over Susan Moore in Saturday's girls championship game of the Blount County Tournament.

Katie Parr pulled down 17 rebounds, and Evin Bibb added nine points and seven boards for the Wildcats, who dominated from start to finish.

Katelyn Williams led the Bulldogs with 17 points with five 3-point shots.

Taylor was named the tournament MVP, with Parr, Lori Swann and Brooke Meadows making the all-tournament team, along with Williams for Susan Moore. Kristen Cox and Kasi McMillan of Locust Fork also made the all-tourney squad.
