GARDENDALE — John White, the only freshman on the varsity roster, led Tabernacle Christian with 25 points as the Torches notched a 52-40 win over Marion Academy on Tuesday night.
Shiver Winchester also scored 14 points for the Torches, who moved to 8-7 overall on the season and 3-1 in ACEAA play.
Tabernacle hosts Lindsey Lane Academy on Friday.
