JASPER — Hayden's girls wrapped up their Class 5A area regular-season championship Tuesday, as they downed Walker 56-44.
Katie Parr paced the Wildcats with 20 rebounds and 14 points. Grayson Taylor chipped in with 11 points and eight assists, Sidney Cooper also scored 11 points, and Shannie Johnson adde 10.
The victory gives the Cats the home-court advantage in the area tournament in February.
