Boys soccer: Fultondale tops Leeds 3-2

Fultondale overcame an opening-minute goal by Leeds to score a 3-2 win Friday in the Wildcats’ home opener.

Toni Cruz put the Wildcats (1-1-0) on the scoreboard with a goal in the fourth minute. Raul Martinez soon after in the eighth minute.

Gustavo Ezquerra scored 15 minutes after halftime.

Green Wave striker Fernando Rodriguez scored both of his team’s goals, in the first and 75th minutes.

Ernesto Valladares Jr. had 12 saves for the Cats, while Christian Blaylock tallied 10 saves for Leeds.
