KIMBERLY — The payment of a delinquent fee to the district attorney's office was the main item of business on an otherwise regular session Monday for the Kimberly City Council.
The counil approved the payment of $8,499 from the general fund for delinquent solicitor fees.
The council also tabled action on the valuation of city-owned property at 9245 Jefferson Street. The valuation report arrived Monday morning.
Mayor Bob Ellerbrock also took the council into a brief executive session for the purpose of discussing potential litigation involving the city.
