Oops, wrong house: Intoxicated Warrior man mistakes someone else's bed for his own

WARRIOR — A woman on Rouse Road near Warrior pulled a gun on a man who had jumped into bed with her teenage daughter.

But the man apparently didn't even know he was there — or where he was at all.

Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies and Warrior Police arrested Riky Harris, 22, after he was hiding outside the house. Chief Deputy Randy Christian said Harris was so intoxicated, he thought he was in his own house seven miles away.

Harris had apparently driven his vehicle through the yard into a fence where it was stuck.

Harris was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and public intoxication, and was lodged in the county jail on $2,000 bond.
