Weather: Look for a high of 66 today, with possible showers this evening. The low for tonight is predicted to be 47.

Politics: Local mayors and city council members will be sworn in tonight in most north Jefferson municipalities.

More politics: Speaking of politics, do not forgot to vote tomorrow. Polls show the presidential race is at a dead heat, so please cast your vote for your candidate. Do not forget the other races and amendments that will also be on the ballots.

Hurricane Sandy: Tens of thousands of storm victims in New York and New Jersey are still without electricity or heat, and temperatures there are expected to start dropping. Crews are working nonstop to restore power.
