GARDENDALE ARRESTS

• 9/9: A Gardendale man, 40, was arrested at the Gardendale Police Department on charges of negotiating a worthless instrument

• 9/9: A Birmingham woman, 36, was arrested at the Gardendale Police Department on charges of negotiating a worthless instrument

• 9/9: A Morris woman, 32, was arrested at Morris on charges of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card

• 9/10: A Hayden man, 22, was arrested in Warrior on charges of theft of property 3rd

• 9/10: A Warrior woman, 20, was arrested in Warrior on charges of theft of property 3rd

• 9/10: A Huntsville man, 43, was arrested at Interstate 65 mile marker 280 on charges of using false identity to obstruct justice

• 9/12: A Birmingham woman, 47, was arrested at the 200 block of Main Street in Warrior on charges of assault 3rd (warrant)

• 9/14: A Mt. Olive man, 66, was arrested at Mt. Olive Boulevard and Interstate 65 on charges of possession of a controlled substance

• 9/9: Theft of  property 3rd, Walmart

• 9/9: Identity theft, 400 block of Dean Drive

• 9/9: Harassing communications, 500 block of Garst Drive

• 9/10: Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle

• 9/10: Theft of property 3rd, Walmart

• 9/10: Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card, Walmart

• 9/11: Recovery of a stolen vehicle, 2400 block of Decatur Highway

• 9/11: Harassing communications, 4200 block of Willow Bend Drive

• 9/12: Receiving stolen property 2nd, 300 block of Fieldstown Road

• 9/12: Suspicious persons, 1000 block of Decatur Highway

• 9/12: Theft of lost property 2nd, 500 block of Fieldstown Road

• 9/13: Theft of property 3rd, 2300 block of North Road

• 9/15: Theft of property 3rd, 700 block of Country Club Trail

• 9/15: Forgery 2nd, 100 block of Springdale Drive

• 9/16: Theft of property 3rd, 200 block of Flint Avenue

FULTONDALE ARRESTS

• 9/12: A Fultondale man, 31, was arrested in the 1200 block of Stoneybrook Lane on charges of public intoxication, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace

FULTONDALE INCIDENTS

• 9/9: Attempted suicide, City Jail

• 9/10: Simple assault, Raceway, Decatur Highway

• 9/10: Disorderly conduct-disturbing the peace and trespass warning, 200 block of Stoneybrook Trace

• 9/11: Rape with non-firearm weapon 1st, Virginia Street

• 9/12: Creating paper money without proper authority 3rd and swindling 3rd, Waffle House

• 9/13: Domestic incident, Leora Road at Stouts Road

• 9/13: Obtaining drugs with forged or altered prescription, attempt to commit a controlled substance crime 3rd and possession of marijuana 2nd, North Jefferson Pharmacy

• 9/13: Criminal mischief-damage to private property 3rd, 5700 block of 34th Street

• 9/14: Counterfeit currency 1st, JetPep
