Weather: Look for more scattered thunderstorms today, with highs in the mid-80s. The low for tonight is 67, with a 30-percent chance of rain. The weekend should bring clearer weather. Saturday will be partly cloudy with a high of 87 and Sunday is mostly sunny with a high of 89.

Traffic: No construction is scheduled for today, just be careful on wet roads.

Local: Annual Yearly Progress (AYP) scores are released this week. Stay tuned to see how local schools did in the federal No Child Left Behind measure.
