  • 1/8: A Birmingham man, 24, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft of property 3rd
  • 1/10: A Gardendale man, 35, was arrested at the 900 block of Bermuda Drive on charges of theft of property 3rd
  • 1/10: A Birmingham woman, 43, was arrested at the Gardendale Police Department on charges of theft of lost property
  • 1/10: A Gardendale man, 53, was arrested at the 5800 block of Country Meadow Drive on charges of murder and attempted murder

  • 1/8: Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property 1st, 1700 block of Mt. Olive Road
  • 1/8: Theft of property 3rd/trespass after warning, Walmart
  • 1/9: Domestic violence — strangulation/harassing communication, Fieldstown Road
  • 1/9: Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, 200 block of Pine Street
  • 1/9: Theft of property 2nd, Walmart

Fultondale arrests

  • 1/9: A transient man, 22, was arrested at the Walker Chapel Circle housing project for entering/remaining on premises
  • 1/10: A Jefferson County man, 37, was arrested at City Hall for bail jumping 2nd

  • 1/7-8: Domestic violence, Walker Chapel Road
  • 1/8: Criminal mischief/damage to private property, Promenade Shopping Center
  • 1/8: Theft from coin machine, Chevron, 680 Decatur Highway
  • 1/10: Residential burglary 3rd, 1800 block of Long Street
  • 1/11-12: Non-residential burglary 3rd and miscellaneous theft 3rd, Fultondale High School
  • 1/12: Business robbery (strong-arm), Dollar General, Decatur Highway

Warrior arrests

  • 1/7: A Hartselle man, 29, was arrested at the 300 block of Cane Creek Road on charges of public intoxication
  • 1/9: A Trafford man, 21, was arrested at an unlisted location on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI

Warrior incidents

  • 1/8: Domestic dispute, 400 block of Mabel Drive
  • 1/8: Unauthorized use of a checking account, Compass Bank
  • 1/9: Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, Interstate 65 north at mile marker 283
  • 1/12: Promoting prison contraband, Warrior Police Department

Morris incidents
