Three people from Georgia arrested in Gardendale on identity-theft charges

GARDENDALE — Officers with the Gardendale Police Department have arrested three people on charges of conspiracy to traffic in stolen identities, attempt to commit identity theft and possession of a forged instrument.

Philip Kendall Harris, 21, of Lawrenceville, Ga.; Curtis James Judson, 23, of Byron, Ga.; and Brittney Anderson, 19, of Lawrenceville, Ga. are being held in the Jefferson County Jail after their arrest Friday at AT&T on Odum Road.

Hudson and Anderson are held on a $45,000 bond; Harris is being held on a $75,000 bond because he faces three counts of possession of a forged instrument.
