It’s Monday, all over again…

Weather: Rain is back. After a cold weekend, we warm up a little today, but rain moves in this evening and continues through Tuesday. Highs today will be around 60, with lows tonight in the lower 50s.

Biden pays tribute at Selma. The vice president marched with thousands of others across the Edmund Pettus Bridge, commemorating Bloody Sunday when civil rights marchers defied Gov. George Wallace. “My regret has been, 'Why were we not there?' I regret and I apologize it took me 48 years to get here,” Biden told the crowd.

Queen hospitalized. Queen Elizabeth II was taken to a London hospital because of gastroenteritis, according to Buckingham Palace. The monarch, 86, was in “good health,” according to the BBC, but will stay in the hospital for a couple of days for observation.

Sports: Jackets sweep. Corner swept both opponents in a snowy baseball tri-series at Mortimer Jordan on Saturday. The Yellow Jackets took down the Blue Devils 8-4 in the closing game to end the host team’s 11-game winning streak, and also defeated Chelsea. Jordan topped the Hornets 8-7 in the opener, despite committing seven errors — five in one inning… College basketball: A big game for Pinson Valley standout Coty Clarke, as he led Arkansas past Kentucky 73-60 in SEC play Saturday.
