FULTONDALE — An investigation continues into an armed robbery at a fast-food restaurant early Wednesday morning.
According to police incident reports, a gunman robbed the Whataburger restaurant on Walkers Chapel Road in Fultondale at 4:52 a.m., and took an undetermined amount of cash from the register.
Police have not yet released a description of the robber, and there's no word on whether any employees or customers were harmed during the incident.
