The following incident and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson County police agencies for Aug. 16-23.
Gardendale arrests
• 8/16: A Gardendale man, 25, was arrested at the 900 block of Main Street on charges of harassing communications
• 8/17: A Hanceville man, 32, was arrested at Odum Circle on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement officer
• 8/18: A Birmingham man, 60, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft of property
• 8/18: A Dora man, 50, was arrested near the intersection of Highway 31 and Ridouts Funeral Home on charges of driving under the influence
• 8/18: A Birmingham woman, 26, was arrested at the 100 block of Handley Road on charges of obstructing justice by using a false identity
• 8/19: A Fultondale man, 24, was arrested at the 900 block of Main Street on charges of harassment
• 8/22: A Gardendale man, 44, was arrested at the 200 block of Howard Drive on charges of attempted theft of property

• 8/16: Obstructing justice using a false identity was reported at the 500 block of Fieldstown Road
• 8/16: Theft of property was reported at Arby's
• 8/17: A domestic dispute was reported at the 1200 block of Decatur Highway
• 8/18: Obstructing justice by using a false name was reported at the 100 block of Handley Road
• 8/18: Theft of property was reported at Walmart
• 8/19: Domestic violence/harassment was reported at the 3700 block of Magnolia Court
• 8/19: Burglary and theft of property was reported at the 1100 block of Pecan Avenue
• 8/20: Menacing was reported at the 2100 block of Moncrief Road
• 8/20: Theft of property was reported at the 900 block of Odum Road
• 8/20: Theft of property was reported at the 900 block of Odum Road
• 8/20: Criminal trespassing and criminal mischief was reported at the 300 block of Catherine Court
• 8/21: Robbery was reported at the 500 block of Fieldstown Road
• 8/22: Harassing communication was reported at the 800 block of Odum Road
• 8/22: Criminal mischief was reported at the 500 block of Fieldstown Road
• 8/22: Failure to pay for gasoline was reported at the 700 block of Decatur Highway
Fultondale arrests
• 8/16: A Birmingham woman, 25, was arrested at Target on charges of shoplifting
• 8/16: A Fultondale woman, 32, was arrested at the 2700 block of Nelda Circle on charges of appearing in public under the influence
• 8/17: A Mt. Olive man, 20, was arrested at the 1700 block of Decatur Highway on charges of possession of dangerous drugs
• 8/18: A Fultondale man, 37, was arrested at the 1200 block of Walker Chapel Road on charges of driving under the influence
• 8/19: Fairfield woman, 39, was arrested at Stix on charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace

• 8/16: Theft from automobile was reported at the 1200 block of Lane Avenue
• 8/16: Burglary was reported at the 1300 block of Lane Avenue
• 8/16: Shoplifting was reported at Target
• 8/16: Possession of narcotics was reported at Shell
• 8/17: Theft of property and recovery of stolen property was reported at the 1500 block of Bessie Avenue
• 8/17: Failure of sex offender to register place of residence and harassment was reported at the 1900 block of Fulton Drive
• 8/17: Harassment/intimidation was reported at Logan’s Roadhouse
• 8/17: Theft of article from automobile was reported at the 1200 block of Lane Avenue
• 8/18: Simple assault was reported at the 2700 block of Stonefield Drive
• 8/18: Theft of property was reported at Chapel Creek Apartments
• 8/18: Robbery of a business with a handgun was reported at Chili’s
• 8/19: Theft was reported at Stix restaurant
• 8/19: Burglary was reported at the 500 block of 2nd Street
• 8/19: Theft was reported at Days Inn
• 8/20: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported at the 900 block of Decatur Highway
• 8/20: Burglary from residence was reported at the 1600 block of Basswood Circle
• 8/21: Theft from residence was reported at the 3600 block of Charleston Avenue
Warrior arrests
• 8/16: A Warrior man, 31, was arrested near the intersection of Caldwell Drive and Highway 31 on charges of public intoxication
• 8/17: A Hanceville woman, 45, was arrested on Highway 31 north on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana and illegal possession of prescription drugs

• 8/16: Theft of property was reported at the 200 block of Trafford Road
• 8/18: Cruelty to animals and domestic violence was reported at the 500 block of Whisonant Lane
• 8/19: Theft by deception was reported at the 300 block of Main Street
• 8/21: Theft of vehicle was reported at the 9700 block of Harvella Road
• 8/22: Criminal mischief was reported at the 200 block of Palmer Circle
