The North Jefferson News will be closed Tuesday for Christmas. Classified deadlines for the Dec. 26 edition are Friday at 10 a.m.
All city halls in the north Jefferson area, and the Gardendale Civic Center, are also closed Monday and Tuesday.
Trash pickup schedules:
• Advanced: Pickup will run Monday as normal and the rest of the week will run one day behind.
