NORTH JEFFERSON — Good morning to you, and we welcome the sun.

Weather: There will be plenty of sunshine today, with no rain at all in the forecast. The high for today is 52, and tonight’s low is 29.

Town hall meeting: Blake Guinn will host a District 2 meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Gardendale Civic Center’s Magnolia Suite. Everyone in the district is invited.

Sports: Another local high school football team will have a new coach next year. Gardendale coach Chris Fancher has resigned as of Wednesday.
