• 4/30: Unauthorized breaking into and entering a vehicle was reported at the 100 block of Cluster Springs Circle

• 4/30: Unauthorized breaking into and entering a vehicle was reported at the 2400 block of North Road
• 4/30: Theft of property (medication, jewelry) was reported at the 100 block of Handley Circle
• 4/30: Unauthorized breaking into and entering a vehicle and theft of property (portable CD player, CD) was reported at the 600 block of Beasley Road

• 4/29: A Gardendale man, 34, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication at Main Street and Moncrief Drive
• 4/29: A Gardendale man, 34, was arrested on charges of domestic violence 3rd and harassment at the Gardendale City Jail
• 4/30: A Birmingham man, 18, was arrested on charges of theft of property 3rd at Wal-Mart
• 4/30: A Mt. Olive man, 21, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana at the 900 block of Fieldstown Road
• 5/2: A Gardendale woman, 46, was arrested on charges of theft of property 3rd at Wal-Mart
• 5/4: A Cullman man, 28, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized possession of marijuana at the 400 block of Fieldstown Road
• 5/4: A Pinson man, 22, was arrested on charges of theft of property 3rd at Wal-Mart
• 5/4: A Gardendale woman, 18, was arrested on charges of theft of property 3rd at Wal-Mart

• 4/27: Forged prescriptions was reported at the 1700 block of Hwy. 31
• 4/27: Burglary and larceny (grass trimmer, chainsaw, blower and weedeater) was reported at the 1800 block of Hickory Lane
• 4/27: Criminal mischief was reported at the 500 block of Broad Street
• Theft of property (truck, air compressor, fuel pump and tools) and criminal mischief was reported at the 2500 block of Cone Drive
• 4/27: Theft, burglary of auto (GPS, clothes) was reported at the 2000 block of Walker Street

Fultondale arrests
• 4/29: A Fultondale man, 48, was arrested on charges of possessing a controlled substance at the 2900 block of Walker Chapel Road
• 5/2: A Gardendale man, 49, was arrested on charges of possessing synthetic narcotics at the 3200 block of Walker Chapel Road
