GARDENDALE — A woman who found a customer's credit card on the floor of the store where she worked, has been arrested for fraudulently using that card.

Gardendale Police charged Lataya Dominique Brown, 23 with second-degree theft of property and fraudulent use of credit cards, after detectives determined that Brown picked up the card and used it at several stores in metro Birmingham, according to police spokesman Lt. Bryan Lynch.
