Someone's been messing around with the devil, so to speak.
Mortimer Jordan High School’s mascot has been stolen from the school grounds, Principal Barbara Snider said today.
The several-hundred-pound Blue Devil was bolted down when it was stolen, and was likely taken by more than one perpetrator using tools.
As of yet, there are no leads as to who is responsible and there has not yet been a motive established.
“It has sentimental value,” said Snider.
Kimberly police is investigating the theft.
Anyone with leads to this crime can call the Kimberly Police Department at 647-0597, or Mortimer Jordan High at 379-4850.
