Fultondale incidents
• 6/29: Theft from a residence was reported in the 2800 block of Sayers Road
• 6/29: Burglary was reported in the 1700 block of KC Dement Road
• 6/29: Theft from a business was reported at 84 Lumber
• 6/30: Domestic violence was reported in the 1100 block of Chapel Creek Court
• 7/1: Theft from a residence was reported in the 2100 block of Walker Chapel Road
Fultondale arrests
• 7/2: A Fultondale man, 23, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at JC Penney
• 7/4: A Haleyville man, 20, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and resisting arrest in the 3000 block of Forest Drive
Gardendale incidents
• 6/30: Burglary was reported in the 600 block of Decatur Highway
• 6/30: Unlawful possession of a controlled substance was reported at Wal-Mart
• 6/30: Burglary was reported in the 300 block of Leigh Circle
• 6/30: Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia was reported in the 300 block of Glens Chapel Road
• 7/3: Unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance was reported at Dooley and Tarrant Roads
• 7/4: Domestic violence was reported in the 400 block of Delta Court
• 7/5: Domestic violence was reported in the 4700 block of Mulberry Drive
• 7/5: Assault was reported in the 200 block of Odum Road
Gardendale arrests
• 6/30: Three Gardendale men, ages 20, 21 and 22, were arrested on charges of burglary at 307 Leigh Circle
• 6/30: A Hayden man, 50, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on Glens Chapel Road
• 7/3: A Fultondale woman, 19, was arrested on charges of unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at Tarrant and Dooley roads
• 7/5: A Gardendale man, 43, was arrested on charges of domestic violence in the 4700 block of Mulberry Drive

Kimberly arrests
• 6/29: A Morris man, 27, was arrested on charges of DUI at Hwy. 31
Morris incidents
• 7/1: Theft of property and unauthorized breaking and entering a vehicle was reported at Mortimer Jordan High School
• 7/2: Unauthorized possession of marijuana 2nd was reported at U.S. 31 and Morris Manor Drive
• 7/2: Illegal possession of prescription drugs was reported at Metro Mart
• 7/3: Violation of Safe Streets Ordinance was reported at Morris Majestic and Kimberly Cutoff Road
• 7/5: Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Morris Majestic and Hagood Road
• 7/6: Violation of Safe Streets Ordinance was reported at Interstate 65 mile marker 277
Morris arrests
• 7/2: A Warrior man, 47, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana 2nd at U.S. 31 and Morris Manor Drive
• 7/2: A Morris man, 55, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana 2nd at the 8400 block of Glass Drive
• 7/2: A Kimberly woman, 29, was arrested on charges of alias writ of arrest and failure to register (two time felon) at the 2200 block of Self Creek Road
• 7/2: A Birmingham man, 43, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of prescription drugs at Morris Metro Mart
• 7/5: A Birmingham man, 28, was arrested on possession of drug paraphernalia at Morris Majestic and Haygood Road
Warrior incidents
• 6/29: Violation of no contact order was reported at the 70 block of Highland Avenue
• 6/29: Domestic violence 3rd was reported at the 11000 block of Hwy. 31
• 6/30: A dog bite was reported at Baker Street and Hwy. 31
• 6/30: Possession of a forged instrument was reported at the 1300 block of Old Hayden Road
• 7/1: An unclassified death was reported at Warrior-Robbins Road between Cooper Drive and Cane Creek Road
• 7/5: Burglary was reported at the 500 block of Whisonant Lane
Warrior arrests
• 6/29: A Gardendale man, 22, was arrested on charges of burglary / foreign arrest at Main Street

A Kimberly man was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly beating his father in the head with a hammer, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

Gun used to thwart theft
Fultondale police said a man attempting to steal copper from Nx Level Fitness’s air conditioning unit was thwarted Sunday night when an employee held him at gunpoint.

Mt. Olive man wanted for theft of identity
A Mt. Olive man is being sought by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly assuming the identity of a man incarcerated in a criminal mental facility in Mississippi, according to Chief Deputy Randy Christian.

Deputies, police find Morris suspect in tree
Gardendale and county law enforcement officers teamed up this week to search for a suspect who ended up in the top of a tree.

Residents in the Castle Pines community and Moncrief Road are saying they’ve seen wild pigs on their property recently.
