COMMENTARY — The following incident and arrest reports were provided by the Gardendale and Fultondale police departments for March 1-March 8, 2010.
Fultondale arrests
• 3/1: A Fultondale man, 35, was arrested on charges of DUI at the entrance to the 100 Oaks Trailer Park
• 3/4: A Fultondale woman, 40, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on U.S. 31
Fultondale incidents
• 3/1: A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2700 block of Stonefield Drive
• 3/2: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property were reported in the 300 block of Chapel Creek Way
• 3/2: Simple assault-family was reported in the 2100 block of Walker Chapel Road
• 3/2: Aggravated assault-family was reported in the 3000 block of Whispering Pines Lane
• 3/2: False advertising was reported at Target
Gardendale arrests
• 3/2: A Gardendale man, 19, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Rite Aid
• 3/2: A Mt. Olive man, 61, was arrested on charges of DUI at Snow Rogers Road and Ebenezer Lane
• 3/3: A Mt. Olive man, 18, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of Fieldstown Road
• 3/3: A Gardendale woman, 53, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Walmart
• 3/5: A Tarrant City man, 31, was arrested on charges of theft of property at the Tarrant City Jail
Gardendale incidents
• 3/1: A jail incident was reported at the Gardendale City Jail
• 3/1: Keeping a vicious dog was reported in the 200 block of Garrison Road
• 3/1: A domestic incident was reported in the 3900 block of Longleaf Drive
• 3/2: Theft of property (digital camera) was reported at Rite Aid
• 3/2: Harassing communications was reported in the 1200 block of Colonial Avenue
• 3/2: Theft of property was reported in the 2400 block of Decatur Highway
• 3/2: A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of Grubbs Avenue
• 3/3: Criminal mischief was reported at Celebration Park
• 3/3: Burglary was reported in the 700 block of Naylor Road
• 3/3: Stalking and criminal trespassing were reported in the 2000 block of Snow Rogers Road
• 3/3: Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia were reported in the 400 block of Fieldstown Road
• 3/3: Theft of property (makeup) was reported at Walmart
• 3/4: Theft of property (steaks) was reported at Walmart
• 3/5: Criminal mischief was reported in the 4300 block of Longwood Drive
• 3/5: Burglary and theft of property were reported in the 400 block of Avon Circle
• 3/6: Stalking was reported in the 1000 block of Main Street
• 3/6: Theft of property was reported in the 900 block of Fieldstown Road
• 3/6: A domestic incident was reported in the 500 block of Brookwood Court
• 3/6: Domestic violence was reported in the 2000 block of Pinehurst Drive
• 3/6: A natural death was reported on Leslie Lane
• 3/6: Damage to a vehicle was reported in the 2500 block of Caufield Drive
• 3/6: Harassment was reported in the 2000 block of Pinehurst Drive
• 3/7: Burglary and theft of property were reported in the 400 block of Hill Park Drive
