Fultondale will always be home

As a resident of old Fultondale, I remember the quiet streets and play grounds where our children would play.

But when I ride down the same streets, so much has changed where the park and school was located.

Everything has been removed to make way for a new shopping mall. The quiet little neighborhood is very busy.

A new generation of young people growing up and having families of their own. May they never forget to continue to work together to keep Fultondale a special place to raise their children just as we did years ago.

And for all of us who remember the good old days, may God continue to bless. And even though some of us have moved away, Fultondale will always have a special place in our hearts and we will always call it home.
