Morris park decorated for Fourth

Morris’ city park is in the Independence Day spirit this week, decorated with flags and red, white and blue ribbons.

Bloominfields Florist and Gifts also donated an eagle made of red, white and blue flowers, which is displayed at the north end of the park.

“This is in honor of those who have served, those who are serving and those who have given the ultimate sacrifice,” said Clovis Laney, Morris councilwoman who is in charge of Morris’ parks.
