This is a great time to sow biennial seeds

Garden tip: Now is the time of year to sow seed of biennials. Biennials are plants that take two years to bloom. The first year they put out leaves and the second year they will produce beautiful blooms. Sow sweet William, cleome, foxglove, canterbury bells, hollhock and money seed. The plants usually seed themselves and you can have plants to share. This is a great thing. Use a great soil to start your seed. Be sure to watch for mold or wet off soil.
