GARDENDALE — Dr. Stephen Nowlin was the guest speaker for the Feb. 14 Greater Gardendale Chamber of Commerce luncheon. Nowlin is the new Jefferson County Schools superintendent. He informed the crowd about the status of the school system and about some of his goals, which include improving technology.
